By accessing or using MRKTlabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
MRKTlabs provides brand visibility tracking across AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and AI Overview. We analyze AI-generated responses to help you understand and improve your brand's presence in AI outputs.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MRKTlabs for any unlawful purpose, to track brands you do not have authorization to monitor, or to attempt to circumvent our security measures or rate limits.
5. Service and Billing
Access to MRKTlabs is provided on a subscription basis with custom pricing. Payment terms are agreed upon individually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the agreed billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
6. Data and Content
You retain ownership of your data. By using MRKTlabs, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your brand information or scan results.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI provider availability may affect scan functionality. We are not liable for third-party service outages.
8. Limitation of Liability
MRKTlabs is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
